Richard O. “Tripp” Flournoy III

Tripp is the Director of Operations of Big Dan’s Car Wash. In this role, he is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of business operations, including talent recruitment and acquisition, supply chain, maintenance functions and infrastructure. Having gained an extensive knowledge of the industry, he will be imbedding best practices across all locations.

Prior to joining Big Dan’s, he worked with Preferred Sales Associates, a premier sales representative agency in the southeast. By specializing in the sales of hydronic solutions, Tripp gained an extensive understanding within this field which enhanced his transition to the car wash industry.

He holds a B.B.A from the University of Alabama with a concentration in sales and real estate. While at the Culverhouse College of Business, he was involved in a notable business communications project with the UA REACH Program. Tripp resides in Smyrna, GA.
